Mr. David Miscavige, Chairman of the Board of Religious Technology Center is often the master of ceremonies at international Scientology events. Mr. Miscavige's is a brilliant speaker and a great leader.  He has fully embraced L. Ron Hubbard's vision expressed in the Aims of Scientology.
